Engineering specialists will not only be responsible for keeping the ship running, they’ll also work on making modifications to the ship to gain an advantage during combat. Engineers will be responsible for maintaining all ship functions, not just the engines.

The Engineer will be a major puzzle-solving specialist; working with technologies familiar and alien to find solutions to the ships every problem.
